You're going to ask. So here it is.

Every prospect asks: "Why not just use ChatGPT? Or our ACORD intake tool? Or what we already do?" We built this page so you don't have to dig.

The honest version.

No mudslinging. Just where each tool actually fits.

ChatGPT

Brilliant generalist. Will happily invent ACORD form numbers, hallucinate court cases, and forget your house knowledge between sessions. Use it for brainstorming. Don't bet a renewal on it.

ACORD intake tools

Strong for ACORD intake forms and renewal questionnaires. Not built for cited Q&A, no live case law, and typically locked into a single AMS ecosystem.

Generic agency-AI tools

Most are wrappers around GPT-4 with a P&C system prompt. No tenant isolation, no PII controls, no audit trail. Fine for a producer's own scratch pad. Not fine for an agency.

Status quo (PDFs + Slack)

Free, familiar, and slow. Three CSRs give three different answers. Renewal prep eats a producer's afternoon. The cost is paid in time and E&O exposure, not invoices.

If your agency needs it, we already know it.

That's the whole pitch.
