No-Training Attestation

The Intelligent Agent, Inc. ("we") attests as follows, effective on the date above:

1. No training on Customer Data. We do not use Customer Data (including documents uploaded to the platform, chat prompts, chat responses, generated proposals, client records, or any other content submitted by or on behalf of a customer) to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any foundation model, language model, or other machine-learning model.
2. No training by our AI providers. The AI inference providers we use (currently Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Perplexity) are engaged under enterprise API terms that contractually prohibit them from using API inputs or outputs to train their models. Retention by these providers is limited to what is needed to deliver a response (typically zero retention, with abuse-monitoring exceptions of 30 days or less).
3. No sale or sharing for third-party use. We do not sell Customer Data and do not share it for any third party's independent use. Subprocessors process Customer Data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service. The current list is published at /subprocessors.
4. Tenant isolation. Customer Data is logically isolated at the database layer using Postgres Row-Level Security tagged by tenant ID. Customer Data is not accessible to other customer tenants.
5. Termination of attestation. If any of the above ceases to be true, we will notify affected customers in writing within 30 days and update this page.
